Hi there, and welcome to The Inn! I’m Chelsea, one of the co-founders of the blog: The Inn at the Crossroads and resident recipe builder, prop collector, and photographer. Here in the main hall at the inn, we’ve got a huge assortment of recipes from the Game of Thrones series, as well as some great recipes from historical cookbooks. In the various smaller rooms, there are dishes from other fictional worlds. Pull up a chair!
Does the chef like to play games and watch series in her spare time?
I’m really more of an everyday cook since I don’t have any formal experience in a kitchen. I love to create various types of art in my spare time, as well as read. As for games, I enjoy a number of board games and watch a lot of tv while I’m cooking. I’m currently working through all of the Star Trek series.
What cookbooks can we look forward to?

Razzle-dazzle your eaters! Everyone loves a showy dish, so try garnishing with some mint leaves, pomegranate seeds, citrus curls, or similar. Above all, have fun and innovate to your tastes.
Can you tell us about some kitchen failures (what not to do in the kitchen)?
Don’t give up on a recipe if it sounds great, but just won’t work. Keep tweaking it until it’s something you love.
