We all know the gamer stereotype: People who spend all day in front of the computer or console, barely moving a muscle. When they do move, it’s usually to walk to the kitchen and grab some potato chips or a plate of cookies with a soda to wash it down. As a result of this lifestyle, gamers are often incredibly skinny if they are blessed with a quick metabolism or overweight if they aren’t. Did we describe that right?
